Here at the Reserve on Baltimore, we are a pet friendly community so your furry friend(s) are definitely welcomed here. Our breed restrictions are as follows: no Doberman’s, Rottweiler’s or Pit Bulls or any related breeds. Our weight restriction is 60 lbs. and we won’t accept pets under 1 year old.
DEPOSITS
The pet rent is $25 per pet, and the pet security deposit is $250 which includes up to two pets.
