We will accept all breeds of dogs at least one year old, except the following: Afghan Hound,
Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull Family), Australian Cattle Dog, Basenji, Basset Hound,
Bedlington Terrier, Bernese, Bloodhound, Boxer, Bulldog, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Dogue de Borduex, Elkhound, Fila, Foxhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Husky, Keeshond, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pointer, Presia Canario (Pit Bull Family), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Saluki and Weimaraner. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. Reptiles or exotic pets are not allowed.
DEPOSITS
An additional Security Deposit of $300 will be required, and a monthly pet rent of $40 is required.
