TERMS OF SERVICE:

PeopleWithPets.com Obligations:
PeopleWithPets.com aggress to provide advertising space for Advertiser located within the URL(s) www.peoplewithpets.com and (or) www.rentwithpetsonline.com and (or) www.apartmentsforpets.com. Positioning of advertising is at the discretion of PeopleWithPets.com except were a request for a specific position that PeopleWithPets.com acknowledges.

Right Of Refusal: PeopleWithPets reserves the right of refusal to run advertisements that they deem to be objectionable in nature.

Copyright: The Advertiser agrees that PeopleWithPets.com with the exception of any of the Advertisers Trademarks shall copyright all web pages designed by PeopleWithPets.com. Online advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the advertiser and or its agency have the right to publish and display contents thereof. In consideration of such online publication and display, Advertiser and (or) its agency agree to indemnify and hold PeopleWithPets.com harmless against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of online publication and display.

Liability and Indemnification: Advertiser agrees to defend, save and indemnify and hold PeopleWithPets.com and its Employees or Affiliations harmless from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages and reasonable attorneys fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for liable, slander, copyright and trademark violations as well as other claims resulting from Advertisers web page. In no event shall PeopleWithPets.com be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to electronically publish or display an advertisement. PeopleWithPets.com will not be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, in excess of the amount paid for the advertisement, as a result of any mistake in the advertisement, omission from or error in any index, or for any reason.

Terms and Payments: All payments are due upon receipt. If Advertiser fails to make payment within 30 Days PeopleWithPets reserves the right to the immediate removal of advertisement without notice. Interest will accrue on any unpaid amounts at the rate of 2% per month, but not in excess of the lawful maximum. Advertiser agrees to pay any attorney or collection cost we incur at any time in collecting amounts you owe under this agreement. Advertiser also acknowledges that Advertiser has purchased advertising and failure to make payments does not constitute a cancellation of this agreement.

Duration and Termination: The contract will automatically renew on its expiration date unless a 30 day written notice is received by fax, email, or mailed before said anniversary date. All cancellations due to sale of property, loss of management requires a thirty-day written notice.
